CC&Rs — are Higher Ground’s governing legal document of Code, Covenants, and Restrictions. They contains our agreements about the physical aspects of the community such as architectural issues, fences, and screening, pets, cars, landscaping, and hazards. They also contains our procedures for design review, waivers, enforcement, etc.
Bylaws — are our governing legal document that contains our agreements about elections, board positions, and meetings.
